If you’re sure your gear is not working, inside or outside of warranty, you’ll need to contact us or visit an authorized Service Center. Service centers are also your source for official PSG AUDIO parts.

Use the links below to determine if your product is still under warranty.  For warranty repairs, you’ll need to contact support and request a Service Request Number. You will also need to provide your original receipt to the service center to prove your product is still under warranty.  To find an authorized service center near you outside USA or Canada please our International distributors locator.  Non-warranty repairs can go straight to a service center; there is no need to contact support first.
